POLICE have re-opened both lanes of the northbound carriageway of the A12 following a crash.One lane was closed near Stratford St Mary for several hours after the crash, which happened at around 3pm, causing a congestion headache for rush hour motorists.

One lane was closed near Stratford St Mary for several hours after the crash, which happened at around 3pm, causing a congestion headache for rush hour motorists.
The accident involved a car and a van. The female driver of the car was released from her vehicle by the fore service before she was taken to Ipswich hospital by ambulance.
