All escaped injury in four-vehicle crash in Ipswich this morning

A crash between an articulated lorry and three other vehicles blocked part of Chevallier Street this morning.

The crash involved a DAF truck, a Mercedes Vito, a Peugeot Partner and a Volkswagen Passat, and occurred close to the Inkerman Pub at the junction with Norwich Road.

Suffolk police were called to the scene just before 11.20am.

No-one was injured in the accident.

The road is now clear to passing traffic.
