POLICE have arrested a man and seized a quantity of cannabis plants at a Suffolk home.
POLICE have arrested a man and seized a quantity of cannabis plants at a Suffolk home.
Acting on information received, officers visited an address in Morton Road, Lowestoft, last night and arrested the 47-year-old on suspicion of production of a controlled drug.
Plants were found growing in two rooms of the house.
In all, 76 plants were seized.
Police carried out a search at a second address in London Road South and a further 28 cannabis plants were found, along with lighting, grow bags and other associated equipment.
The man arrested at Morton Road has been taken into custody at Lowestoft Police Station, where he will be interviewed by officers.
