AN Ipswich woman suffering heart problems was dramatically rescued through a first floor window by emergency services.Haycinth Hooper, 67, became ill in her Hadleigh Road bedroom on Saturday evening but paramedics feared if she was taken down the stairs she could have died.
AN Ipswich woman suffering heart problems was dramatically rescued through a first floor window by emergency services.
Haycinth Hooper, 67, became ill in her Hadleigh Road bedroom on Saturday evening but paramedics feared if she was taken down the stairs she could have died.
Fire crews were called in at around 7.41pm to remove the bedroom window and Mrs Hooper was taken down to a waiting ambulance on a fire service turntable ladder.
Mrs Hooper is currently in a stable condition at Ipswich Hospital.
