NEW measures were unveiled today to try to prevent incidents at sea which could lead to devastating pollution spillages on Suffolk's coast.Felixstowe - Britain's busiest container port - and Harwich was identified as one of 32 areas in UK waters where ships' masters will be urged to be more careful and plan their routes with caution.
