HADLEIGH will be experiencing a blast from the past tomorrow as the town is transformed for its annual street fair.
The theme of the fair is the heritage of Hadleigh, timed to coincide with national heritage day.
As part of the festivities the Deanery Tower will be open for guided tours from 2pm to 4.30pm and Friends of St Mary's Church will be showing off historical posters in the church.
There will also be live music, Morris men, a Punch and Judy show and a magic show, and everyone is encouraged to come in a costume from their chosen era.
Organiser Sarah Loftus, from the Hadleigh Entertainments Committee, said: “It should be a great day and we hope as many people as possible get into the spirit and dress up.”
The town's High Street will be closed while the festivities take place from 2pm to 6pm.
