AN eight-year-old boy is recovering after he was hit by a car in Ipswich.The accident happened in Newnham Court about 6pm yesterday and an ambulance was called to the scene.

The accident happened in Newnham Court about 6pm yesterday and an ambulance was called to the scene.
However, ambulance crews were called down prior to arrival as the boy was not seriously hurt.
