The X factor finalists will play the town's Regent Theatre in St Helen's Street on February 1 2010. Tickets for the show go on sale on Friday July 24 at 10am.
Theatre manager David Mansfield said: “After their debut single 'Beat Again' reached number one this weekend, Britain's favourite new boyband, JLS, have announced their first ever headline UK Tour for February 2010.
“We are delighted to be welcoming the boys to the Regent.”
The band's debut single Beat Again sold over 100,000 copies to take the title of biggest-selling first week for a debut single so far this year.
Tickets are �26.50 and �22.50 and go on sale Friday July 24 2009 at 10am.
