The RSPCA is calling on animal lovers to adopt one of these cute animals looking for their forever home from its centre in Martlesham.
First on our list this week is pussycat Cloud. When he first came into the centre there were concerns he had a broken leg, but checks found he was healthy and simply walks a bit differently to other cats.
He is a sensitive but sweet boy, looking for a calm home where there isn’t too much hustle and bustle, and loves very much to sit next to you and get some fuss.
He is a laid back cat that enjoys the comforts of indoor living. He isn’t too interested in toys but will give a rod toy the odd swipe when the mood takes him.
Next on our list is Jess, a nine-month-old Doberman and Saluki cross. She is a bit of a live wire and would need a home with someone who has plenty of experience to further her training.
An active family is a must as she loves her exercise and runs extremely fast to catch her toys. However, as she likes to chase, she can’t live with cats.
Her new owners would also need to be around a lot of the time to begin with as Jess suffers with separation anxiety and will need to be taught how to be left on her own.
How about giving Dodger, this black and white rabbit, a new home?
He is a lovely boy who enjoys being in the company of people so would like to find a home that can continue socialising with him.
He is currently living alone at the centre so would love nothing more than to find a new home where he could have some company with other rabbits.
Meet Chloe. This feline is looking for the perfect home to settle in and retire in, even though for her age she is still pretty sprightly.
She is a friendly, laid back lady and would be perfect for home that is similar to her so she can go about life at her own pace.
Chloe loves nothing more to curl up on a warm blanket and watch the world go by. Could you give her the perfect home?
Next up are Flo and Mo, a pair of female budgies that have formed a close bond with each other.
A sweet pair looking for a new aviary home where they can spend their days chilling together of with other budgies.
Last but not least are four-year-old duo Ronald and Bear, albino and polecat’s looking for a new home together.
They are a lovely pair who have lots of energy and love to run around playing with their toys and enjoy going out for walks on their harness, too.
The RSPCA assures families that all cats, dogs, ferrets and rabbits that are offered for adoption have been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
An adoption fee of £150 for dogs, £60 for cats and £25 for rabbits and ferrets, is charged to help cover the cost of getting the animals ready for their new homes.
