A 42-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Bury St Edmunds mother, Christine Dorey.
Mrs Dorey's body was found in a house in Bedell Close on Thursday morning.
Suffolk police arrested a man in Bury town centre on Friday morning and he has since been charged with murder.
He has been named as Colin Dorey, of Bedell Close, Bury St Edmunds. He has been remanded in police custody and will appear at the town's magistrates court on Monday morning.
A post mortem has been carried out on the mother of three but details have not been released.
