A BUS driver is to appear in court accused of careless driving after she was filmed apparently talking on a mobile phone while at the wheel, police said today.
The driver was videoed in Ipswich, Suffolk, on Friday by a teenage passenger using a mobile phone camera.
Police launched an investigation earlier this week.
A spokeswoman said the woman would appear before local magistrates in the near future.
Police have not named the woman or revealed any personal details.
