Tesco, Mothercare and Toys R Us could soon have a new neighbour at Copdock Mill

Agents Savills, on behalf of a private client, has been instructed on a retail development opportunities in Ipswich

Signs have now gone up advertising the plot, located on Copdock Retail Park on the A1214 London Road just outside of Ipswich town centre.

The development will comprise 1,500 sq ft (139 sq m) of prime retail development space and is suitable for one large unit or several smaller units, subject to planning consent.

Chris Moody, director of business space at Savills in Ipswich, has said: “Both Copdock Retail Park and the West End Road site offer an excellent opportunity to build bespoke retail units in a strong location where footfall is already high thanks to well established brand names nearby.”
