Local digital community, SIMS Digital Skills for Businesses, has announced the winners of its Search For Success competition.

Winning business, Konjo Photography (based in Ipswich), is a professional photography company specialising in human photography, including wedding, newborn and portrait photography.

The winner was announced at June’s SIMS meetup where Konjo Photography owner Donna Reid was in the audience to accept her prize.

This news capped off a productive SIMS meetup, which featured an Ask The Experts social media panel.

The competition, organised by local Internet marketing team Measured Brilliance, and sponsored by Ipswich Borough Council, focused on finding small to medium businesses with aspirations for growth in 2016, and helping them to achieve their ambitions with a prize of

£1,000 in SEO services.

More than 100 applications were received and Sam Parnell from Measured Brilliance thanked all applicants, “We really appreciate the time these small

businesses have taken, we know they are all very busy. Ipswich Borough Council have once again provided an amazing opportunity for these businesses to grow and it’s great to see so many entrants from forward-looking businesses.”

Donna Reid, owner of Konjo Photography, said: “I am thrilled to have won the Search For Success competition and cannot wait to start working with the team at Measured Brilliance.”

Ipswich council leader David Ellesmere said: “We are pleased to sponsor SIMS and the Search for Success Competition. I want to congratulate Konjo – a great local Ipswich business – on their winning entry. It is important for every small business to get the support they need to develop their digital marketing and SIMS is a great way oflearning more about this field.”
