A MAN has been arrested in connection with an incident in Cambridge this morning in which one man died and two others were seriously injured.

The 22-year-old man from the city has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody at Parkside Police Station.

Investigations continue this afternoon after a man died and two others were seriously injured following an incident in Cambridge this morning.

Police were called by a member of the public at 6.25am this morning to reports of a disturbance in Hanover Court.

The ambulance service also attended and found a man with serious injuries, who later died at the scene.

Two other men believed to be connected to the incident took themselves to Addenbrooke’s Hospital suffering from serious injuries.

Detectives believe the incident may be connected to a disturbance in Market Square at around 5am and a further incident in Ditton Walk this morning.
