SUFFOLK: A new campaign has been launched to fight against the county council’s proposed “new strategic direction”.
The movement – “Don’t privatise Suffolk County Council” – has set up Facebook and Twitter sites – and is hoping to mobilise support against proposals by the county to “divest” services to charities, businesses, or “social enterprise organisations”.
