A CAR has overturned on the A12 today forcing police to close the road.A red Ford Ka and a green Fiat Panda collided on the A12 at Bredfield near the Woods Lane roundabout about 10.25am today.
A CAR overturned on the A12 today forcing police to close the road.
A red Ford Ka and a green Fiat Panda collided on the A12 at Bredfield near the Woods Lane roundabout about 10.25am.
The collision is thought to have been reported to police by an officer on patrol.
An elderly woman reported having chest pains but everyone involved was said to be conscious and breathing.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the driver of the Ka was taken to Ipswich Hospital.
The extent of the driver's injuries is not known.
Police closed the road at Bredfield while they awaited recovery of both vehicles.
The road reopened at 11.30am.
