A FIRE in chimney in Suffolk has been extinguished by fire crews.
Crews from Holbrook and Hadleigh were called to the fire at 12:11pm today after reports of a chimney fire in The Meadows, Cemetery Lane, East Bergholt.
Turn table ladders from Colchester and from Colchester Road in Ipswich were used to extinguish the fire, which was difficult to access.
The fire was extinguished by 14:13 - one crew is still currently on scene.
