A wedding dress catwalk, singers, cakes, flowers and a string quartet were among the bridal delights on offer at Ipswich Hotel’s Wedding Fayre today.
The event also saw the draw of the hotel’s win a wedding competition, in association with the Ipswich Star - with upcoming bride Jennifer Upson being picked as the lucky winner.
Jennifer and her husband-to-be have won a wedding at the hotel, in London Road, Copdock, worth £4,000.
Kate Sewell, the hotel’s events manager said around 150 people came to the fayre looking for inspiration for their special day.
“We had a catwalk show which went down very well, doves, hot tubs, photo booths and discos.
“We had so many different things for people to see - box bars, vintage catering, florists and wedding cakes. “There was a real buzz about the place and we have received very positive feedback from everyone who came.”
