FIREFIGHTERS safely rescued a cow stuck in a pond this afternoon.
The Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service received an emergency call to the incident at about 12.30pm.
The call reported one cow stuck in a pond in Foulsham, Norfolk.
A crew from Fakenham and emergency tenders from Norwich worked at the scene, using animal lines and dry suits to safely rescue the distressed animal from the water.
The incident was over by around 2.10pm.
