MOTORISTS are being warned to avoid the Orwell Bridge due to an accident which occurred shortly before 2pm today.An HGV, van and a car were involved in the collision.
RUSH hour roads in east Ipswich were gridlocked following a crash on the Orwell Bridge.
Motorists were warned to avoid the bridge following a smash between an HGV, van and a car on the Stowmarket bound carriageway at around 2pm yesterday.
No-one was believed to have been seriously hurt in the collision but the carriageway was temporarily blocked while traffic police dealt with the crash.
