FIREFIGHTERS extinguished 15 by 20 metres of chopped wood and a 20ft container which was well alight in Newbourne today. Two crews from Felixstowe were called to Woodbridge Road shortly before 4am.
FIREFIGHTERS extinguished 15 by 20 metres of chopped wood and a 20ft container which was well alight in Newbourne today.
Two crews from Felixstowe were called to Woodbridge Road shortly before 4am.
They used hydrolic cutting equipment to get access to the container.
The flames were brought under control by 5.34am.
Crews were due to return later today to carry out an inspection.
