Drug dealer's sentence cut

DRUG gang member Curtis Benson has had his sentence cut by the Court of Appeal.Benson, 28, was sentenced to four years in May after being convicted of his part in a gang which operated a cocaine and heroin and cocaine operation from Lone Barn Court, Ipswich.

DRUG gang member Curtis Benson has had his sentence cut by the Court of Appeal.

Benson, 28, was sentenced to four years in May after being convicted of his part in a gang which operated a cocaine and heroin and cocaine operation from Lone Barn Court, Ipswich.

But appeal court judges cut a year off the sentence after hearing Benson had received another conviction which would see him serve a total of eight years inside.
