East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices has relaunched its Be a Name in our Frame campaign to help recruit volunteers.

The scheme is running until October 15, and encourages people to get pictured in one of the frames at its stores by volunteering.

Among the roles the EACH store in Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, is looking for is Saturday afternoon volunteers to chat to and serve customers, fashion savvy people to go through clothes donations and someone with knowledge of eBay to photograph and list items.

Ian Nicolson, head of retail and trading at EACH, said: “The last Be a Name in our Frame brought phenomenal results, with 56 new helpers signing up to support our shops. We find volunteering is a two-way process. Whilst as a charity we gain from the gift of their time, our volunteers make friends and they learn new skills, too.”
