THE East of England will see the lowest temperatures in the country tonight as the cold snap continues to bite.
Temperatures will drop to -4C (24.8F) in the east and tomorrow morning looks likely to bring with it frosts and potentially difficult driving conditions.
There may even be a fall of snow or sleet, although it is unlikely to settle.
Temperatures are set to stay low for the rest of the week and into the weekend.
