Thunder clapped loudly over Suffolk tonight as an electric storm passed overhead.
A flash of lightning signalled the start of the short storm, at around 10pm.
It was closely followed by a loud grumble, and sudden downpours.
Facebook member Sarah Anderson shared this photo of the storm over her Ipswich home while others shared that it also hit Felixstowe and Stowmarket.
