A FAMILY in Huntingdon had a lucky escape when a tree fell through their house.A fire crew from Huntingdon were called to help at the scene after high winds brought down a tree on top of a house in Houghton, Cambridgeshire, at around 2am today.
A FAMILY in Huntingdon had a lucky escape when a tree fell through their house.
A fire crew from Huntingdon were called to help at the scene after high winds brought down a tree on top of a house in Houghton, Cambridgeshire, at around 2am today. One family member had a very lucky escape as they were sleeping in the bedroom directly beneath where the tree landed, causing the ceiling to lower. Fortunately no one was injured.
The tree, which had been situated in the back garden, also ruptured the water tank.
