STUDENTS from Felixstowe Academy have been recognised by the Rotary Club of Felixstowe Landguard for their design skills.
The club rewarded GCSE, AS and A2 level Design and Technology students Kathryn Thorogood, Jenna Schuetzle, Daniel Sparrow and Daniel Cook for their innovative designs in textiles, product design and resistant materials.
The awards presentation was held at the Orwell Hotel in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, with the winners receiving �25 vouchers.
Sonia D’Silva, one of the subject leaders for Design and Technology at Felixstowe Academy, said: “We are very proud of the students and their excellent work. It is a fantastic achievement for their talents in design and technology to be acknowledged in this way.
“We would like to thank the Rotary Club of Felixstowe Landguard for their recognition and support of our students’ work.”
