FIREFIGHTERS from Suffolk were drafted into Norfolk after a blaze swept through a power station near Thetford today. A fire crew from Bury St Edmunds was one of twelve appliances which dealt with the large fire.
FIREFIGHTERS from Suffolk were drafted into Norfolk after a blaze swept through a power station near Thetford today.
A fire crew from Bury St Edmunds was one of twelve appliances which dealt with the large fire.
The blaze, at Fibrothetford - a poultry litter fired Power Station – started at about 10am in the premises' fuel hall.
Firefighters were still at the scene, at Mundford Road, Two Mile Bottom, at 4.30pm.
