FIRE fighters have contained a fire which started in a business park in Haughley.
FIRE fighters have contained a fire which started in a business park in Haughley.
Crews from Stowmarket and Elmswell were called to the fire at 6:48am, after reports of a blaze the New Street business park.
On arriving on scene, crews discovered a fire involving sandwich panels on the ground floor of the building - it is believed that the blaze stemmed from a wall mounted fan heater.
Firefighters then worked to contain the fire to its area of origin by using hose reels, breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera.
Surrounding sandwich panels were also removed to check that the fire had not spread further.
At 7:36am further assistance was requested and appliances were sent from Ixworth and Needham Market.
The fire was contained by 9:23am.
