A RUBBISH fire in Gippeswyk Park, Ipswich spread to a small amount of grass before firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze.
Crews took less than 15 minutes to extinguish the blaze off Ancaster Road, which was under control by 1.20pm yesterday.
Less than an hour later firefighters tackled a blaze in a willow tree off Takers Lane in Combs Ford, Stowmarket.
