FIREFIGHTERS have been called to a blaze at a building in Ipswich.A spokesperson for the service said two crews were called to the derelict Peter's Ice Cream building in Grimwade Street at around 7.38pm.
FIREFIGHTERS have been called to a blaze at a building in Ipswich.
A spokesperson for the service said two crews were called to the derelict Peter's Ice Cream building in Grimwade Street at around 7.38pm.
Plumes of smoke could be seen rising high into the sky and Grimwade Street was closed to traffic while firefighters tackled the blaze.
The spokesperson said the fire is believed to have taken hold in a refrigeration unit.
