FIVE teenagers were due to appear in court today in connection with an incident on Felixstowe seafront.Police were called to Undercliff Road West late on Tuesday afternoon after receiving calls about a group of youths.
FIVE teenagers were due to appear in court today in connection with an incident on Felixstowe seafront.
Police were called to Undercliff Road West late on Tuesday afternoon after receiving calls about a group of youths.
The officers arrested the male teenagers and after questioning them and witnesses have now charged them with alleged offences.
An 18 year old and a 17 year old have been charged with threatening behaviour, while two 17 year olds and a 14 year old have been charged with causing harassment, alarm and distress.
They will appear before South-East Suffolk Magistrates sitting at Ipswich.
Police are still investigating the incident and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the group of youths. People should ring Pc Scott Cullum at Felixstowe police on 01473 613500.
