FESTIVE fun was in the air during the weekend as families enjoyed everything from meeting Santa to seeing traditional Christmas trees on show.
At The National Trust's Sutton Hoo, near Woodbridge, a two day Christmas gift fair featured a dazzling array of stall holders selling crafts and gifts and festive Morris dancers making an appearance.
And on Saturday at Bredfield village hall there was a glittering Santa's grotto to the delight of children, crafts, festive wreaths and foods on sale, including quince jelly.
Stall-holders said it had been a very successful event, raising more than £1,000 for East Anglia's Children's Hospices and the community's St Andrew's church room.
