WE’RE well in to the 1970s now in our chronological look through the Evening Star picture archives.
Today we are remembering the year 1973 and hope that these pictures spark some happy memories.
Featured this week are (1) a retirement presentation at Henley School in April; (2) Felixstowe High School pupils winning a National Canoe Slalom competition in May; (3) football fans leaving Ipswich Station in April; (4) a children’s party at Cranes and (5) one at Ransome and Rapier, both in January; (6) St John Ambulance first aid presentations in February and (7) St Matthew’s School’s sponsored walk in April.
