A MOTHER and her boyfriend came under fire in an early morning shooting involving a gang of men in an Ipswich cul-de-sac.
Only good luck meant the woman's child was not in the house when the gangland-style shooting took place.
One resident said: "Five black geezers got out of the car. They used a weapon which I think was a handgun. I think the whole thing is to do with gangs."
