A DISTRAUGHT young girl had to be rescued by fire crews when she became locked inside a toilet at a Suffolk restaurant.
The youngster, thought to be around nine years old, became trapped in the cubicle around 7.20pm tonight while having a meal with her parents at China Garden restaurant in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe.
It was after the girl had been in the bathroom for quite some time her mother went to investigate and realised the lock had broken and she was stuck inside.
Firefighters broke through the door and freed the girl by about 7.40pm.
