POLICE have launched an investigation today after gun-toting robbers raided an Ipswich address.
Terror descended on premises in Nacton Road yesterday when three black men entered the address and threatened the occupants with a firearm at 8.30pm.
One person was slightly injured in the incident and several items of property were stolen, said Inspector Paul Sharp.
He added that police were today interviewing a number of the occupants at the address to get a clearer picture of events.
He was unable to clarify whether the address was a business or residential property.
"Officers are on inquiries in relation to a number of matters. There are lines of inquiry that are being followed up," he said.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious should contact Dc Martin Butcher at Ipswich CID on 01473 613750.
