Temporary traffic lights on Wherstead Road, by Orwell Furniture, are causing heavy traffic for commuters heading in and out of town this evening.
There is currently slow traffic on the A137 southbound in Ipswich between the Wherstead Road junction and the B1456 the Strand junction.
Cars are also queuing on the eastbound A1022 (Bridge Street) between the A1022 Star Lane junction and the A1156 Slade Street junction.
