POLICE were today searching for a 38-year-old prisoner who has absconded from Hollesley Bay.
Augustine Tangue, a French national, is serving 18 months for having false documents. He was last seen at 2pm yesterday and was reported missing at 5pm.
He is six feet tall and was wearing jeans and a grey top when he went missing. He has no fixed address in the UK.
Anyone who thinks they may have seen him should contact the police on 01473-613500.
