HUNDREDS of homes in north Suffolk were left without power for up to 12 hours after electricity supplies were cut.
Around 600 homes and businesses in the Eye area lost supplies at 12.30pm yesterday after a high voltage fault.
Around 250 homes were reconnected by 7.30pm and the majority were restored by 11pm.
But some of those affected were left without supplies until 12.08am today.
A spokesman for EDF Energy apologised to those affected and said they were working as quickly as possible to solve the problem.
