Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to after a bank card was stolen from a woman in a supermarket car park in Ipswich.

The incident took place at Morrisons’ car park in Sproughton Road at around 10am on April 10.

As a woman was leaving the store, a man and woman approached her and asked for directions. The couple followed the woman to her car and continued to speak with her.

A short time later the female victim realised that her bank card had been stolen. This card was then used to withdraw cash and make other purchases.

The man is described as speaking with a foreign accent and was wearing jeans and a jacket.

The woman is described as speaking with a foreign accent and was wearing a dark coloured short coat, a skirt and a head scarf. Both were aged in their 30s.
