The trial of an Ipswich man accused of sexually assaulting a schoolboy more than a decade ago will take place in January.
Before Ipswich Crown Court today, Tuesday, June 26, for a plea and trial preparation hearing was Peter Moxon, 76, of Old Rectory Close, Barham.
He pleaded not guilty to four offences of indecent assault on a male person, four offences of sexual assault, two offences of rape and two offences of causing or inciting a 13-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between 2003 and 2006.
Judge Emma Peters said that Moxon’s trial will take place on January 7 next year.
