POLICE are appealing for information following a hit and run collision in Ipswich.A bus and car collided in Bixley Road at about 3.45pm today and the driver of the car failed to stop.
A PEDESTRIAN has been killed while walking on the A12.
Police were appealing for witnesses today after a man was killed after being involved in a collision with a lorry on the northbound carriageway of the A12, just north of Stratford St Mary, at 11.28pm last night.
The male driver of the lorry was taken to hospital suffering from shock.
In a separate incident, police are appealing for information following a hit and run collision in Ipswich.
A bus and car collided in Bixley Road at about 3.45pm yesterday and the driver of the car failed to stop.
An ambulance was called to the scene but no one was hurt in the collision.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the car, a dark green Ford Mondeo, to come forward.
The driver of the car is described as a man of Asian or Indian origin.
He had a female passenger, also of Asian or Indian origin.
The car drove off in the direction of Felixstowe Road.
