IPSWICH: People are being urged to snap up the last remaining tickets for a special Christmas extravaganza.
There are just 50 spaces still up for grabs at The Evening Star 125 Carol Service, which takes place on Monday, December 20.
So take a break from shopping and planning for the big day and soak up the festive atmosphere at this pre-Christmas event.
The service, which is raising money for guide dogs, will take place at the town’s civic church, St Mary-le-Tower Church.
The evening will feature congregational carols and a range of performances by local choirs.
It will also be an opportunity to celebrate The Evening Star’s landmark 125th birthday.
Tickets cost 2 and are available from The Evening Star offices in Lower Brook Street.
A cheque – payable to Archant Regional Limited – can also be sent to Jo Reeder, The Evening Star Christmas Carol Service, 30 Lower Brook Street, Ipswich, IP4 1AN.
