Thieves have targeted a mini bus at an Ipswich special school.
Police confirmed a catalytic converter had been stolen from a mini bus at Beacon Hill School, Stone Lodge Lane West, which caters for youngsters aged five to 16.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said the theft took place within the school grounds between 6pm on Tuesday and 6am on Wednesday.
It comes after another catalytic converter was seized from a business premises in Holywells Close in Ipswich between 4.30pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday.
The school declined to comment when contacted.
