Ipswich Museum was buzzing with artistic activity on Wednesday as the ‘Incredible Instrument’s event featured took place.
Three sessions across the day featured youngsters creating huge 3D collages inspired by all kinds of instruments.
James Steward, Ipswich Museum manager, said: “There was a very good turnout and a very successful day. The sessions were reverberating across the museum.”
The day was part of the packed programme of activities laid on by the museum and Christchurch Mansion across the summer holidays.
Mr Steward added: “It’s been going very well and it’s the perfect time for people to come in. The focus on the holiday programme is for families and children with these special events throughout the summer.
“The booking figures have been good for all events and the feedback is very positive – we will be using that to inform our future activities.”
