AN INTREPID fundraiser is preparing to take a leap of faith in aid of a charity supporting young people.

Zoe Sparkes will be tackling a skydive on October 21 in aid of Suffolk Young People’s Health Project (4YP).

The 22-year-old, of Bramford Road, decided to take on the dive to thank the charity for the help it gave her.

She said: “I have chosen 4YP as they have provided support to me over the last three years and have helped me overcome the obstacles I was faced with.

“They spent valuable time listening and offering advice and discussing how I can achieve things in life.

“It has given me a new direction in life and words cannot describe how much I have learned about myself with the help of 4YP.”

The charity, based in Lower Brook Street, aims to improve the health and well-being of 12 to 25 year olds. “Without 4YP, I would still have no idea about my future or goals in life and would still be focusing on my past,” Zoe said.

“I greatly appreciate all the work everyone at 4YP has done to help me and by doing a skydive I feel I will be helping give a little back to an amazing place as well as helping other young people.”
