Killer Hall fails in appeal bid

SIMON Hall today failed in his latest attempt to appeal against his conviction for murdering Suffolk widow Joan Albert.

His legal team went before three High Court judges in London today to argue his case for leave to appeal against his murder conviction.

However the judges ruled against him and rejected his application to lodge an appeal.
