Lorry fails to stop after crash with Toyota on Stoke Bridge, Ipswich

Police are searching for a lorry which failed to stop following a crash with a car on Stoke Bridge in Ipswich this morning.

The crash happened at around 6.45am on the lane heading towards town centre, and involved a lorry and a Toyota Yaris.

A Suffolk police spokesman said the lorry driver had failed to stop.

No-one was injured, although some traffic delays were reported in the area until the car was removed at around 7.50am.

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or has any information about the lorry involved to contact police on 101, quoting CAD 56 of today.
