A man has been left with a broken nose after a gang attacked him in Ipswich.
The incident happened in Old Foundry Road, near to Majors Corner, at around 4.45pm last Wednesday.
Police revealed details of the assault today.
The victim was approached from behind by the group of men and assaulted, leaving him with a broken nose and swelling to his face.
Officers are keen to speak to witnesses, including the male driver of a silver car who stopped to help the victim.
Three Ipswich men aged 17, 18 and 19 have been arrested in connection with the grievous bodily harm, and released on bail until Wednesday May 6.
